Amy Vranesh - Owner/Executive Pastry Chef is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking Program at
the California School of Culinary Arts, Pasadena. While there, she
fine-tuned the skills established from decorating cakes as a hobby for
much of her life. She has been baking and decorating professionally for
the past several years.
TC Bakery specializes in custom-decorated
wedding cakes and
specialty cakes for all occasions, as well as
bite-size treats and
edible party favors;
creating works of culinary art to suit a client's whim. Frequently
using only a picture, invitation, or napkin as a guideline,
TC Bakery perfects the subtleties that make all their cakes truly beautiful
and memorable event centerpieces.
Amy and TC Bakery pride themselves on the attention
they give to their clients as well as
